We know that time is money, and we won’t waste yours. It’s cheaper than furnishing it yourself, because our delivery, installation, coordination and design service is all free. You only pay for the furniture.

We always survey every property before providing a quotation. Equally, we always take into consideration the rental yields that you expect from the property and therefore the level of furnishing that tenants will expect if they are to pay the rent that provides that return.

Recently we have furnished studio and one bedroom apartments from £1850 + VAT, and two bedroom apartments from upwards of £2500 + VAT. These prices typically exclude window treatments, and are of course subject to discussion with you - and our site survey.
